This home study package is the only way to access the Certificate of Completion and the Continuing Education Credits, since no learning activity can be tracked during the free conference. 

The material for the home study conference is dropped on your account progressively, after each week of the conference, respectively the first section will be available at the end of February 8th, the second section at the end of February 15th, and the third one at the end of February 22nd.

If you are unable to attend the free conference or you prefer to watch the presentations at your own pace, access presentations' handouts, and other articles offered by our speakers, we offer you the possibility to buy the conference package. The home study package does not require you to watch the free conference. It is a self-paced package that you can consult for 5 years.

The video-presentations, handouts, and articles shared by the presenters will be made available to you immediately after the conference dates and will remain accessible for five years.

You will get a Certificate attesting the completion of the home-study course or your CE credits after watching the videos and consulting the material provided by the speakers to clarify concepts and enhance your learning process, culminating with quizzes from each presentation.

Description of the package:
This fourth edition of WATC online conference gathers sound and innovative ideas in art therapy worldwide. The conference has three sections that will treat different aspects of art therapy. The presentations will focus on body-mind creative approaches, understanding better the use art therapy in the institutions, and integrating a neuroaffirmative perspective in arts therapies.

Learning objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
• Describe at least four art therapy interventions and techniques explained in each of the three sections
• Distinguish various ways to work using mind-body approaches
• Describe at least four basic principles of the neuroaffirming practices
• Analyze the integration of arts therapies in diverse institutions
You will also see each presentation's learning objectives for a more in depth understanding.

Full-time students are eligible for 50% discount from the full price, that meaning they will pay 225CA$ upon providing proof of enrollment in an academic institution.
HOME STUDY PACKAGE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

This package offers you 46 NBCC Continuing Education credits for certified counsellors in US.
Other Professional Orders and Associations may accept the accreditation, so please consult with your respective regulatory body.

Creative Therapies Events Inc. has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7468. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Creative Therapies Events Inc. is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

This package will give you 39 hours of continuing education hours, as per approval by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Members of CCPA will receive transcripts at no cost listing all attended events assessed as Continuing Education Credit. Non‐members must attach a cheque for $30.00 payable to CCPA to have CEC’s recorded and to have a transcript issued.

Art Therapy Credentials Board, Inc. (ATCB) recognizes an array of Continuing Education Credit activities, inclusive of those pertaining to the spheres of professional and mental health counseling. These specified activities are delineated within the recertification standards, which are disseminated to all Art Therapy Registered-Board Certified (ATR-BC) professionals during their recertification year, as well as being accessible via the official ATCB website. It is mandated that a minimum of six CE credits in the domain of ethics and six CE credits in the domain of supervision or education must be acquired in each certification cycle. Licensees practicing as art therapists within their respective states (in US) are advised to consult with their state boards to ascertain the acceptability of various CE courses for the purpose of license renewal.

Our last year participants confirmed that our previous conferences were accepted for Professional Development Credits by College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Canada and with ANZACATA, Australia. However, please check with your regulatory body, this home study program may be accepted for CE/CPD credits in European countries, South America, Australia, and Asia.
