Creative Dialogues Series

Art Therapy Is a Brain Profession.
With Dr. Juliet King

September 2, 5-6PM EST

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Juliet King, an accomplished professor, researcher, author, and art therapist whose professional life has been deeply dedicated to advancing the field of art therapy and building meaningful connections between art therapy and neuroscience. Across her career, she has explored how creative processes, brain science, trauma, and mental health intersect, contributing through teaching, research, writing, clinical work, and professional leadership.

Most recently, Dr. King developed Brain Palette™, extending a career-long commitment to making neuroscience more accessible and relevant to therapists.
In this episode, we look beyond a single project to explore her professional journey, the ideas and experiences that shaped her work, the evolution of her interests, and the passion for art therapy that has guided her throughout her career.

Join us for a conversation about the person behind the work and the questions that continue to inspire her.

This session of Creative Dialogues will be recorded.
